Rubber Extrusions

Economically feasible & best quality

Rubber extrusion is a continuous manufacturing process where compounded rubber is forced through a shaped die using an extruder to produce consistent cross-sectional profiles (e.g., tubing, sealing strips, and edge trims). Common material options include EPDM, NBR, silicone rubber, and natural rubber。During production, temperature control critically affects plasticization quality, while screw speed, die design, and vulcanization methods must be carefully optimized to achieve peak performance parameters. This process excels in high-volume production of items like silicone medical tubing, weather seals, and rubber hoses.
